A "My Bonnie Lies over the Ocean" egy tradicionális skót népdal. Nagyon népszerű az angolszász nyelvterületen, és ráadásul elég egyszerű a nyelvezete. A megértéshez szükséges tudni, hogy a "Bonnie" egy többértelmű skót kifejezés, egy számukra fontos lány vagy fiú megnevezésére is használják. (Kb:Nyuszika...)
